Cleveland Clinic wanted to convey the story of how all their employees are caregivers. In every hospital job, every individual focuses on their patients and their health, comfort, and feelings. Photos were shot documentary style throughout dozens of scenarios around the hospital over two multi-day assignments. The success of the initial images for the Cleveland Clinic brand book, distributed to all 36,000+ employees, led to the work being extended the following year for the Cleveland Clinic annual report. The additional purpose of both assignments was to help the hospital build an extensive image library that they could use for various purposes.
